5 minute Quinoa and Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup pre-cooked Three Farmers Quinoa

A packet of store-bought Kaleslaw, Coleslaw or similar chopped salad

1 x 95g tin of tuna/salmon (pick your favourite flavour), smoked or chilli work very well

Directions

  1. Scoop 1/2 cup of pre-cooked Three Farmers Quinoa into a bowl.
  2. Add 1 scoop store-bought, chopped Kaleslaw (or similar).
  3. Mix with your favourite flavoured tuna, salmon, or protein of your choice.
  4. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle with nuts or sesame seeds.
  5. For lunch-on-the-go, keep cool with a coolie brick and add tuna just prior to eating.)
